Just to make you jealous....

Hi everyone,

Bryce and I are having a blast. We have been in Oregon for 5 days now. Pictures will be posted when we come home. Here is run down on what we have done so far.

Hiked to 6 different waterfalls in the Columbia River Gorge.

Eaten at the Firehouse restaurant. The Chef and co-owner is a friend of mine.

Served a lot of carrots to some beautiful horses.

Spent some quality time with family.

Walked along the Wilhemette River at sunset.

Solved a CSI mystery at the OMSI.

Played on a deserted beach at sunset.

Played in the tide pools.

Touched Haystack rock.

Touched a starfish.

Hiked up a mountain and then had to bushwack our way back.

And much much more.....

We are off today to meet up with my family for a camping adventure extravaganza!!!

Vacation has Arrived!!!!

First day of vacation. We Ate dinner at my parents house and got to see Mara, the two boys, Mark, Lindsey and their kids. After that we went to the zoo!
It was raining really hard but that just meant Robin could hang on tight to me and we shared the umbrella. It did clear up later and turned out really great!
Below I will attach Pictures. We are flying out to Oregon tomorrow and we are both super Stoked!








This next one is Hilarious! A Monkey put his face right up to the glass and just stared at us. It was awesome!

Our new home

We are finally all moved in. Pictures are hung on walls. The internet is installed. We moved to Farmington at the end of December. I know, crazy that we moved in the dead of winter, but it went really quick. Bryce and his posse were able to load the Uhaul in less then 2 hours. After getting stuck on the ice for a brief moment, they were able to unload even faster.
It always takes me a long time to hang anything on the walls. It seems to be something practically permanent and should be done perfectly the first time. Our new ward is great. We have already been visited by all the organizations.
I have enjoyed going on more walks and having a small deck, even though it is still too cold o do anything on it. Bryce enjoys his new computer room. We both love being so close to the mountains. Mom and Dad Petersen were also very excited that we were out of SLC. My Mom has dropped by a few times on her way to and from Logan and affirmed that it was a good move.
